Ready to go deeper and expand the capabilities of your body? Our Rookie Level is the next stage in your Classical Pilates practice. Level two in our four-stage progression system, Rookie Level Classes build off of what you learned in our Beginner Series, your three initial Private Classes, or your five initial Duet Classes.
With each class, you will learn how to get deeper into your body to target and develop your minor muscles, as you tone and strengthen your major ones. You will feel strong and empowered as you build your muscular power, expand your physical and mental capabilities, and work towards mastery of your body, mind and practice.
Each session focuses on one or two major pieces of Pilates equipment (including the reformer, tower, chair and mat) along with a number of minor pieces. With personalized instruction and hands-on care, your instructor will expertly guide you through each exercise – gently encouraging you to go deeper to give you a challenging, fun, beneficial and profoundly transformative Pilates practice.
You will be kept stimulated and engaged as we introduce new, more challenging, exercises—when you’re ready. No two Rookie Level Classes are alike.
As you progress in your practice, you will experience noticeable improvement to your physical and mental form. Your muscles will look and feel more toned. You will feel/be more flexible. Your posture will be aligned; which will be evident in the way that you move, sit and stand. Your mind will feel clear and invigorated. And you will have an innate feeling of power as you unlock your true physical potential.
