The next stage in your Pilates practice, our Rookie Level Classes are built off of what we teach you in our Beginner Series, your three initial Private Classes or your five initial Duet Classes.
Each session focuses on one or two of the major pieces of Pilates equipment (including the reformer, tower, chair and mat, along with a number of minor pieces) and will give you personalized instruction in a motivating shared environment with up to four students.
Every Rookie Level Class is different than the last, with new, more challenging exercises being introduced when you’re ready. As you progress in your practice, you will start to notice improvements both physically and mentally. After some time, you will also be cleared for our Intermediate Level Classes.
