Our Retiree Classes are designed to reawaken dormant muscle and brain cells to restore your physical and mental vitality. A slower pace than our Rookie Level Classes, the focus of our Retiree Classes is on your form, not speed; which decreases the difficulty level, without reducing the benefits for you.
Each class gets virtually every part of your body moving. As your instructor gently guides you through each exercise, you regain muscle suppleness, develop your body uniformly, correct poor posture, invigorate your mind and elevate your spirit.
Classes will have you using three of the major pieces of Pilates equipment, (the reformer, tower and spine corrector) with the chair and mat making occasional appearances.
You will feel revitalized with strength and confidence as you regain the ability to perform your daily activities, walk, run and travel for long distances without undue body fatigue or mental strain. And this will be no means be the end.
