Ready to realize your true physical potential? Our Intermediate Level Classes are the next stage in your advancement. Level three in our four-stage progression system, our Intermediate Level Classes are a significant jump up from Rookie Level, on the difficulty scale. The pace of each class is elevated as your instructor teaches you how to get deeper into your body.
With each class, new, more challenging exercises are introduced into your Pilates practice to keep you stimulated and engaged. As you go further, you will awaken and empower muscles you didn’t even know you had. You will feel strong, powerful and more fully alive as you gain deeper control of your body and mastery over your mind.
Each session focuses on one or two major pieces of Pilates equipment (including the reformer, tower, chair and mat) along with a number of minor pieces. You will be challenged as your instructor expertly guides you through each exercise with personalized instruction. The experience is as intense as it is rewarding and fun.
As you progress through our Intermediate Level Classes, you will be invigorated with a heightened and empowered sense of self, as you unlock new physical abilities.
