Duet Classes

Unlock your true physical potential in a shared environment.

The Experience

Motivating. Empowering. Invigorating. Strengthening. Restorative.

As the name suggests, our Duet Classes are designed for two people. You and your friend, partner or family member will be paired with a skillful instructor who will guide you through a Classical Pilates practice personalized to meet both of your individual goals.

Each class you will be mentored towards mastery of your body, mind and practice with clear verbal, visual and tactile cues. As you and your partner learn how to get deeper into your body, you will experience increased strength, stamina, flexibility and mental clarity, while you gain a deep awareness of your body.

Every Duet Class focuses on one or more of the major pieces of Pilates equipment; including, but not limited to, the reformer, tower, chair and mat. Your instructor will challenge you with logical progressions to help you both breakthrough physical and mental barriers and find your true power within.

The result: an intense, challenging, beneficial, fun and transformative Pilates practice for two.
