New to Classical Pilates? Our Beginner Series is designed specifically for you. Over the course of eight weeks, you will be taught the fundamentals of Classical Pilates to lay the foundations for a deeply rewarding and transformative practice.
Set in an intimate and encouraging space, your instructor will give you personalized and hands-on guidance as they mentor you through the movements and equipment associated with a Classical Pilates practice; including, but not limited to, the reformer, tower, chair and mat.
Each class in our Beginner Series will not only give you a great workout, they will also give you the foundational movement skills to become an expert tuner of your body. After each 55-minute class you will feel strong, empowered and enlivened as you learn how to tap into your true physical power.
At the end of the eight weeks, you will notice improvements in your strength, flexibility, posture, body awareness, stress and confidence levels. You will also have a deeper understanding of what your body is truly capable of.
